Return & Exchange Policy

At Kids Mall, our goal is to ensure every family receives 100% genuine, safe, and delightful products for their children. If you experience an issue with sizing, transit damage, or manufacturer defects, here is how our policy supports you:

1. Kids Apparel & Footwear (Size Exchange)

Children grow fast, and getting the exact fit is important. You can request a size exchange within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided:

• Garment tags, labels, and original brand packaging remain intact.
• Items are unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition.
• Exchanges can be done instantly at our Mohanpur Road store counter or via local courier dispatch.

2. Branded Toys & Games

Electronic toys (such as RC cars, musical toys, and battery-operated playsets) are checked before handover. In case of any technical defect upon opening, notify us within 48 hours for an immediate replacement with a new sealed box.

3. Baby Skincare, Diapers & Hygiene Products

For hygiene and child safety reasons, feeding bottles, pacifiers, lotions, soaps, and diapers are returnable only if the manufacturer tamper-evident outer seal is intact and unopened.

4. In-Store Walk-in Exchange

You can walk into our retail showroom at Mohanpur Road, Samastipur with your receipt to inspect alternative sizes or styles directly.
